4.年龄20～30之间，性格开朗，善于沟通，具有良好的协调能力、服务意识和团队精神。

1、 负责公司产品的售前售后技术支持工作。及时处理客户的售后维修工作。

2、 负责客户现场机器调试和培训客户使用人员操作、保养机器能力。

3、 反馈客户提出的公司产品使用的不足及改进要求。

任职要求：

1、 大专以上学历，机械、自动化、机电一体化相关专业。懂CAD绘图软 件, ***，年龄23-33。

2、 对自动化设备的机械和电气部件有一定的了解。有中大型自动化设备公司售后服务和装配调试经验优先。

3、 具备软件强的动手能力，能独立判断自动化设备的故障原因并解决。

4、 沟通表达能力强。有责任心及良好的服务意识。

5、 能接受出差，服从管理。

6、 能力突出者可以转做海外售后服务工程师，薪薪优厚！优秀应届毕业生可以应聘储备服务工程师。

工作职责：

? 日常服务包括产品修理，维护，软件升级。

? 负责客户及销售团队的技术及产品支持。

? 收集产品及服务相关信息，维护服务数据库并及时反馈给工厂。

? 配件存货管理。

? 为客户提供现场维修及技术支持。

? 根据公司要求完成其他相关工作。

? 电子工程本科毕业或者相关学历者优先

? 至少3年以上相关领域服务及维修工作经验

? 擅长使用各类维修工具及仪器

Position Description:

Reporting to the Service Manager China. This position will locate in Shanghai. Responsible for product repair, maintenance and calibration work. Work closely with other team member to develop service business in China.

Duties & Responsibilities:

?Daily service work handling including product repair and maintenance, software upgrading.

?Responsible for technical and product support to customers and sales organization.

?Collect product and service information to maintain the service database and feedback to factory.

?Management of spare parts and stocks for service work.

?Be able to travel out for onsite customer support and service work.

?Other job related work required by the company.

Education & Experience:

?College degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred.

?Minimum of 3 years of service and repair work experiences on related industry products.

?Good knowledge on using repair and service instruments and tools.

?Strong communications skill. Fluent in Chinese and English.

?Able and willing to business travel frequently.

?Good in computer and software skills
