1.负责公司海外汽车主机厂（如北美通用、德国大众）新产品开发工作，项目协调；

2.负责监督跟踪项目开发进度、作为信息的接口与客户进行沟通协调；成立项目小组、项目

3.负责任务的分配、定期主持召开项目会、组织项目组成员解决试制中技术难题

4.负责定期向直属上级汇报项目的开发进展情况、定期检查工艺文件的完成情况、协助项目部做好阶段评审等工作；

5.负责按APQP文件制作分工表制订及审核APQP文件；

送样阶段样件试验、样件的挑选及送样、送样文件准备；批量生产产品的工艺稳定工作；

7.配合生产部、质保部处理已批产产品出现的重大质量异常事故；

8.配合市场部进行前期市场开发工作，新产品的报价工作；

9.外协件的样件试制跟踪及认可工作、新材料开发及材料代用工作；

10.客户来图来函及时的处理； 领导交办的其他工作。

Responsibility:

1. Prepare export bidding document according to the requirement of tenderee independently.

2. Coordinate as interface between Erlangen HS SL & HS PM, and regional companies.

3. Organize export contract negotiation, technical clarification and export contract subscription independently.

4. Export order releasing and work as an interface between Engineering and other departments on comprehensive order issues.

5. Implement export project, including organizing of export delivery, workshop activities, testing and commissioning etc.

6. Internal control of SHVS export management issue.

7. Optimize order processing according to ISO9000 quality system on the aspect of carring out, implementing and improving.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, power transmission,

2. Solid domestic project bidding knowledge

3. At least 3 years working experiences on engineering and project management.

4. Have good English oral and writing skills

1. 配合德国跟进ETT灯饰订单项目进程；

2. 配合工厂解决产品开发阶段以及生产所遇到的问题；

3. 配合德国以及工厂完成产品所需要的认证，如TUV， SGS， UL等；

4. ETT产品的测试相关工作；

5. 配合完成新供货商的审厂工作。

岗位要求:

1. 对灯具结构知识有清晰的了解和熟悉产品结构开发流程；

2. 熟悉产品生产工艺流程；

3. 熟悉产品安规认证如TUV, UL等；

4. 三年以上的有关灯饰的工程师经验，具有电气机械有关专业的大专以上学历；

5. 良好的英语能力，能书写及沟通。

Requirement:能力要求

1. More than 3 years LED lightingengineerworking experience or engineering education as electrical & mechanical Engineer

2. Good at English (speaking /writing)

3. Familiar with European safety regulation for example like EN 60598-1:2015, EN 60598-2-1:1989, EMC, ROHS, Radio equipment directive, Low Voltage Directive

4. Familiar with European certification process for lighting fixture and bulbs, such TUV, VDE, GS, UL, ETL (China / Germany)

5. Familiar with design and mechanical construction knowledge and lighting structure parts

6. Familiar with the processing of lighting fixture manufacturing

7. IndependentlyTrips of business in non-local places

8. Knowledge of certificated qualitymanagementprocesses

9. College degree or above

Work content:工作内容

1. Project the time line of all ETT products, control and monitoring it

2. Analytical, structured and independent approach to work for project processes

3. Technical support to our lighting fixture supplier to help and solve all technical problems, compliance of quality control/ certificate/ production improvements / help during the inline and final inspection processes

4. Visiting the lighting fixture supplier to discuss and solve problem

5. Communicate with supplier technical contact person and German colleague, help two sides to confirm the production spec requirement and create the production and technical documents

6. Monitoring the sample production time-line to produce on time

7. Create and ranking the Factory Audit for new supplier and existing supplier
