主要工作内容：

1.分析新项目焊装策略，制定新项目的可行性实施计划、方案、预算。

2.研讨新车型的产品数据，进行同步工程分析，为新产品的开发提供制造可行性依据。

3.整理工艺要求，编写工艺文件、质量文件、人员清单等，为新车型生产提供理论依据。

4.制定所有生产所需的设施、设备的技术标准和协议，并确保顺利完成其安装、调试和验证工作。

5.提升整车质量目标，并达成各项投产任务，最终实现新车型的顺利下线。

岗位职责：
1.负责焊装车间的相关技术问题解决，任务中质量、效率确认及安全控制（常规工作点审核），持续改善以提升质量和效率；
2.与客户进行确认后，进行质量技术文件（工作范围、作业指导书）的编制，培训组长及相关质检人员；
3.负责检验工具及设备管理，编制工具、设备使用作业指导书，同时负责监督检验人员对工具设备的使用和保管；
4.协助运营经理进行团队建设、员工培训及发展、员工关系及技能考核；
5.负责随时与客户更新质量服务进度，进行客户关系维护、提高客户满意度；
6.与运营经理保持良好沟通，准确传递并执行公司总部相关规定；
7.及时、定期反馈运营中所需的支持及问题，并持续改善、改进。

Job Description:
？Responsible for welding workshp technical probelm ,and some quality, efficiency guarantee and security control in the process of quality service, make a continuous improvement to promote quality and efficiency;
？Organize quality and technology document after confirming with customer, training ream leader and related inspectors;
？Responsible for inspecting tools and equipment management, drawing up equipment work instructions, supervising inspectors’ use and safekeeping;
？Assisting site manager to make team construction, employee training and development, employee relationship and skills assessment;
？Responsible for renewing quality service progress with customer timely, maintaining customer relationship, increasing customer’s satisfaction;
？Keep good communication with site manager, deliver related information correctly from headquarter;
？Provide feedback of the support and problems in operation timely and regularly, and make continuous improvement.

岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，焊装专业等相关工科专业；
2.汽车及相关制造行业从业三年以上质量相关工作经验，有管理经验者优先；
3.熟悉相关汽车行业质量管理体系，熟练使用各种质量管理工具进行质量问题分析；
4.英文可作为工作语言使用。

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree and above, machinery manufacturing, vehicle engineering or other related engineering majors
2. More than 3 years’ working experience in auto motive and related manufacturing industry, applicants with management experience are in advance;
3. Familiar with related auto motive industry quality management system, skilled in using all kinds of tools in quality problem analyzing;
