Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for produce good parts by design and edit welding standard work instruction according English technical drawing requirement.

- Responsible for produce good parts by design and make proper fixture .

- Responsible for trouble shooting solution by welding distortion analysis.

- Solve parts welding defect and welding working abnormal.

- Create and update APQP documents with NPI, Standard Work Audit results, Quality and Safety related issues.

- Monitor process and equipment capabilities and develop strategy to improve and reduce process variability.

- Lead and support new technology introduction programs and cost saving project.

- Develop and maintain of the ISO & CQMS related documents.

- Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy and safe working practices.

- Adhere to Caterpillar's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Team-work.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor degree or related degree- Familiar with Arc-welding standard & defects analysis and processing technology- Familiar with fixture design- 3-5 years of relevant processing experience is preferred- Proficient in the use of Pro-e, Auto-CAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Good English speaking skills职位描述，焊接工艺工程师
岗位职责：
1、 完成焊接切割工艺类的样品制作；
2、处理和解决所承担工作中出现的工艺难题；
3、部分焊接切割的相关产品部件测试；
4、按要求输出相关工作的测试报告；
5、努力学习新知识、新技术，突破相关工艺。
任职资格：
1、专科以上学历，材料成型及控制工程、机械制造工艺与设备和激光焊接等相关专业，具同行业经验优先；
2、三年以上激光焊接工作经验，能完成成套设备的系统设计；
3、熟悉AUTOCAD制图；
4、熟悉激光器的使用；
5、熟悉相关电气的实践理论知识；
6、具有激光焊接、切割工艺经验/参与焊接、切割项目经验优先；
7、心理承受力强，敢于接受挑战和压力；
8、善于学习，有很强的自学能力，富于开拓、创新精神等。

任职要求：
1、3年以上钣金加工工艺改善经验；
2、对焊接及钣金现场工艺有深入了解
3、专科以上理工科背景；
4、 能读懂客户图纸上的英文；
5. 会CAD,及办公软件；
6. SOP编作及标准工时的制定；
7. 能独立进行数据分析处理现场工艺的不良及改善对策；
8. 良好的沟通能力，积极主动，以结果为导向创新及学习能力；
主要工作职责：
1.负责生产现场的工艺技术服务；
2.负责自动焊接技术及焊接变形和焊接参数设定；
3.对自动焊的工艺操作有较深入的认识，对夹具设计有一定的能力；
4.对碰焊工艺操作有较深入的认识，能进行焊接参数设定，能设计碰焊的焊公及夹治具。
