? E-FMEA /CP
? Hand over equipment to MFG and CM by following standard 8012,39
? Time management and control. Report on business progress status and risk identification regularly
? Leads or executes equipment projects (develops, calculates, plans, TSU, procures and verifies) for plants.
? Creates and analyses the equipment part of the process layouts.
? Performs safety-, reliability- and cost analyses.
? Performs Equipment FMEA. 执行设备FMEA。
? Supports the running production (Industrial Engineering, Production and Maintenance) with second line analysis within the area of responsibility.
? Transfers competence within the area of responsibility to Production and Maintenance.
? Contributes in development of instructions and routines within the area.
? Participates in or leads relevant standard- and technical organisations within the area of responsibility with authority to represent VCC.
? Follows the decided working methods such as VPDS and applicable BMS routines and E-card.
Qualification:机械工程专业本科，工业电器自动化，机械电子工程或以上
Bachelor degree or above in industrial electrical automation, mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering


欧、美系或日系整车工厂5年以上新建项目或改造项目，输送线或单套线边设备的开发经验
Have more than 5 years’ experience on new projects, renovation projects, conveyor line equipment and single line side equipment development in European, U.S. or Japanese automotive factory

● 具备本科/硕士科学水平或相似的基本能力Technical basic competence on Bachelor / Master of sciences level or similar

岗位要求：
具有3年以上在整车厂总装设备工作经验，熟悉汽车装配工艺，具有汽车制造设备选型、安装、调试等系列经验；熟练使用office办公软件
岗位职责：
1、负责总装车间输送设备、标准设备、检测设备等的+方案与预算制定；
2、负责总装设备相关标准、规范的分析、制定及修订；
3、负责设备的设计选型和购置，组织招标、技术评定、技术协议签署、设计图纸审核、安装、调试、验收、工艺验证及问题整改；
4、负责总装设备预制和制造现场服务、质量控制和进度监控；
5、负责设备的先进技术对标和引用，及现有设备的改造和改善工作；
6、参与工厂初步规划和布置方案、厂房建设规划及工艺改进；

岗位职责：

1、新车型工装夹具的导入，确保工装的顺利导入和运行；

2、工装夹具的设计和改进。

能力要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、熟悉汽车专业知识，熟练使用Word,Excel等办公软件，熟练CATIA/CAD等绘图软件；

3、熟悉总装工装导入流程、运行方式，会运用软件设计工装；

4、有良好的沟通协调能力。
