分析专员招聘要求：学历（本科），具体要求如下：

1、 财务管理相关专业，或接受过财务管理、财务分析等方面的专业培训；

2、 有财务分析经验；具有较强的分析能力、数据处理能力，精通PPT、Excel；

3、 具有较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新知识并加以运用；

4、 具有良好的协作、沟通和指导技能，具备团队协作精神。

1. 协助完成年度预算及长期战略计划相关工作

2. 完成集团月度报告及滚动预测

3. 编制Overhead report,对每月费用变动及预算执行情况进行分析，甄别异常情况，提出改进意见

4. 协助分析各个事业部营运资金情况及帮助业务部门追踪现金流结果

5. 完成销售预测周报

6. 其他领导安排的工作

职位要求：

1. 全日制会计本科或相关经济专业

2. 四大会计师事务所工作经验优先

3. 较强的财务分析能力，熟悉财务分析模型

4. 熟练使用财务软件 熟练使用办公软件操作系统，精通EXCEL、PPT、WORD

备件精品月结及实际数分析 Prepare SP & boutique monthly closing and actual analysis

备件精品预算、滚动预测编制及分析 Prepare and analysis budget and rolling forecast for SP & boutique

备件精品业务计划编制及分析 Prepare and analysis business plan for SP & Boutique

2. 三包费管控 Warranty cost control

进口车、国产车三包索赔发票审核登记跟进签批Audit warranty invoice for import car and local car

三包费月结及实际数分析 Prepare warranty monthly closing and actual analysis

单车三包费分析 Analysis warranty cost per car

三包费月度例会组织及跟进三包成本降低实施线路Organize the regular monthly meeting and track warranty cost reduction roadmap

三包费预算、滚动预测编制及分析 Prepare and analysis budget and rolling forecast for warranty cost

3. 其他 Others

协助网发进行经销商盈利分析 Assist NDQD to analysis the dealers’ profitability

整车返利红票复核 Check the rebate invoice of vehicles

任职资格Qualification

学历Education Background

财务/会计/经济专业本科以上学历

Majored in accounting/finance/economics or above

2. 专业技能Professional Skills

良好的Excel 及其它Office工具技能，具备分析建模能力更优

Good command of Excel and other MS Office tools, prefer the skills of analysis model created

英文听、写、说流畅，通过英语四级

Fluent English speaking, writing，Pass CET-4

3. 工作经历 Working Experience

两年以上制造企业或汽车销售公司财务会计/财务分析的工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先

Over 2 year financial accounting /analysis working experience in manufacturer or automobile sales company，automotive industry experience is preferred.

4. 其他 Others

良好的时间管理及工作计划能力Good at time management, planning
