餐饮岗位英文面试小技巧

个人信息，自我介绍

Could you introduce yourself, please？

What’s your major？What’s your hobby? What makes you happy?

What is your passion? What’s your personality?

What are your strengths? Weakness?

可以从我的中文名，英文名开始，然后是年龄（如果年龄太小或者偏大会让考官疑虑也可以不用提），我毕业于什么学校，我是什么专业（Major）的，我的兴趣爱好是什么。接下来，可以说说简述自己出彩的工作经历，最好是和申请岗位有关。我的性格和做事原则是什么样子的？

主要表达思想是：我这个人的教育背景良好、性格乐观开朗容易相处、为人处事正直、兴趣积极广泛、过往经历适合此职位。

不知道考官名字的称为Sir 和Madam(考官面试开始有时会问候一下，一定不要因为过于紧张而答错)

为什么要出国工作

Why do you want to work aboard？

可以先说说对申请国家或者地区的欣赏和赞美比如：

As we all known, Singapore is a developed, multicultural country.

自己的专业是对口的，酒管专业、烹饪专业或者你的专业属于服务行业，可以更好的发挥自己专业知识和实现自我价值：

Professional knowledge and realize my self-worth.

如果出国你能给工作的餐厅带来什么：

Offer wonderful service for every client who come to our hotel or restaurant. I will spare no effort to make contribution for enhancing our service level. (不遗余力的为提升酒店服务质量做贡献）

出国对自己的意义：

Communicate with customers from everywhere. Gain a lot of friendship from different nationalities，I think that must be meaningful for me.

不要单方面强调出国可以给自己带来什么的好处（提高英文，开阔眼界等）要保证自己，所回答的内容具有逻辑性。

对面试公司及职位的了解

Do you know something about us？

知道公司的英文名，是什么样的企业，拥有什么样的国际地位，最好能说出一两点面试

公司所吸引自己的地方。

XXX is global / famous/ reputable. I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of environment. That is the reason why I come here to apply for this position.

你面试的职位及为什么要申请这个岗位

What position are you applying for ？And why?

最主要的回答思路是：自己是如何适合这个岗位的，比如自己很欣赏岗位的供体（即餐厅），自己的性格开朗外向、善于沟通、自己专业对口，工作经验也是和申请岗位相关的，所以自己想要申请该岗位。

相关工作经验

Do you have any working experience？

How many rooms does your hotel have?

要对自己工作过的酒店或餐厅有了解，如多少房间，多少餐厅，多少餐位等。

What is the full name of your hotel?

What star is your hotel?

How many shifts do you work?

Do you work on night shift?

How do we make our guest happy?

What do you like in your job?

And what you don’t like? What’s your daily job?

What’s your job duty?

熟悉自己的简历，在回答问题时，所说要和简历所写的保持一致。雇主在问道工作经验时可以主动告知自己的工作地点，工作职责，学到了什么，在工作中遇到什么开心的事情等等，要保持主动，将自己的优势告知雇主。

如何处理客户投诉

How to deal with the customers complaint?

弄清缘由Firstly, I need to know the reason why the customer have complaint.

寻找解决办法，安慰客人Secondly，I prefer to offer some methods to comfort the customers，such as giving them some fruit as gifts or giving them little discount.

实在解决不了，寻找同事或者上级帮忙Finally, if I really can’t solve this problem，I will find my colleagues or supervisor to help me.

也可以举例子说一件自己遇到的事情，然后自己是如果处理好让客户满意的。

你认为团体合作重要吗

通用问题

首先要给出肯定的回答，团队合作当然重要，一个人的力量是有限的，团队合同可以更高效等阐述自己的论点，或者将抽象问题具体化，给考官举一个例子说明团队合作的重要性。
