在网上投递简历后，接到人事主管的电话通知面试。由HSE部门经理作简单工作介绍后，带入行政副总办公室开始面试。主要谈论以前的工作内容，擅长什么技能或专长，想离开原公司的原因。但该行政副总坦言只想招聘应届大学生，薪酬不高，推荐其他管理岗位，并被带到生产现场参观，本人表示愿意从事其他管理岗位。面试后一周未有反馈信息，应为面试失败。
