我们广告公司成立5周年的日子，也正是在这一年，《都市名片》杂志开始正式发行。作为一名设计人员，很幸运我参与了其中的制作，并在其中投入自己的心血和工作，每一期新杂志拿在手里，都有一种说不出的自豪和高兴。回头看看每一期的杂志出版的历程，似乎也看到了自己的工作过程，从起初的尝试到现在比较自由的设计，除了自身有了很大的提高外，我感受更多的是公司自身的壮大和发展，似乎有一片更广阔的`天地在等待开发。在一年的工作中，紧张和繁忙之余，我感受更多是开发区的迅猛发展，在这样的形式下，阳光广告公司以及为它进行奋斗的每个员工都有着更美好的发展空间。而我们公司正是王总的高瞻远瞩下，及时的把握大的发展方向，为公司未来的发展奠定了基础。也使我在这一年中，从一个更高的层面上对自己的工作进行理解和把握，更好的审视自己的工作心态。更让我明白了，作为一个设计人员，所关心的不单单是个设计，还要站在高端，发挥高端，只有这样才能设计出具有阳光广告公司特点的好作品。

自在公司工作以来，尽职的做好每一份工作，在公司的各项活动都积极参与。

来公司刚开始就主要在做《都市名片》的设计工作，现在做到第五期；就《都市名片》这本杂志在这段期间的工作中出现的问题做以总结：

一、杂志在制作发行时缺少一个整体的市场调查，就难以做出准确的市场定位，所以所达到的市场效果，就不是太理想，没有形成一个媒体在本地区所造成的影响立。

二、做为一个免费发行的dm杂志，我感觉我们没有为所服务客户的做好市场发行与推广，这样就影响了客户对杂志的关注这样行成的恶性循环是不利于杂志本身的发展的，起主要原因是没有准时准确的发行（就像看一个电视节目一样，不能准时的拨出就会影响收视率），其次发行量的普及不够，就有可能丧失一部分读者（商家在我们杂志做广告是为了更多人群了解他的商品和服务，有了发行量和普及度就能成为我们吸引商家的一个要点）。

三、我们杂志周期太长，两个月的时间，做为一个在鲅鱼圈的新媒体这样的速度就成了现在制约杂志发展的一个条件，现在娱乐圈不是有一种形式，不管歌唱的怎么样，戏演的怎么样，首先要先混个脸熟，其实这也可以成为我们媒体在地区乃至全国造成影响力的先决条件，在这个基础上把杂志做精做美。

四、杂志没有在市场上引起共鸣，其原因我想是缺少了两样东西：权威性和娱乐性，做了5期杂志，我感觉我们缺少的就是这个，我们所出了文章没有给读者造成轰动和影响，说白了就是不能刺激读者的大脑皮层，这样就不能引起读者对我们特别关注。

五、就是我们公司这段时间来做杂志人员的不完整，杂志的这个班子没有雏形，人员的匮乏便是以上四个问题出现的必然性。
