可是我的姥爷就不是，他最爱的就是在家旁种地。

我的姥爷是个十分乐观的人，他在早年时期因为一场意外而失去了一条手臂，遇到这样的事，许多人就自暴自弃。但是姥爷不是，他从来没有十分悲伤的情绪，每天都是乐呵呵的，有自己很喜欢干的事情。

我的姥爷也是一个爱创新且坚持不懈的人，他有一块土，只是普普通通的一块地，但是在姥爷的手里它却变成了一块宝。我住在成都，可姥爷是在内蒙古，以前几乎每一年老爷都要过来看我。姥爷在成都经常发现这里的蔬菜和内蒙古的菜不同，这里的菜品种更多，样式也是多种多样。有很多的菜的味道，也是十分的美味。姥爷很好吃，十分喜欢成都的饭，但是在内蒙古又吃不到这样的菜，于是他买了许多菜的种子或根带回去，在他的那一小块地方种。但是之所以两地的菜不同，是因为南方和北方的气候截然不同，所以老爷想在北方种出南方的菜，一听上去都是天方夜谭了，姥爷带回去的东西，大多数在实验的那一年，甚至近几年都是一无所获的。很多人就认为姥爷应该会放弃，但是他没有，他继续种。正是功夫不负有心人，姥爷的成果在后来都一一显露了出来。

我的姥爷还是一个十分慈祥，十分爱孩子的人，我虽然住的地方和姥爷住的地方相隔甚远，但是老爷爷经常记着我，时不时的就打一通电话过来。

一进门，就看见小院子里种满了各种各样的兰花，有七仙女荷花素大软剑铁骨素心跳舞兰等等，真像到了兰花的海洋，眼睛应接不暇。

一朵黄色的小花静静地开在绿叶丛中，兰花有五个淡绿色的瓣，中间是黄色的花芯，光彩照人，绿和黄搭配起来美丽无比，凑近一闻，一股淡淡的幽香就就传了过来。

兰花兰花说到头最重要的是花。兰花开时，是由三个外瓣三个捧瓣和一个花蕊组成。整朵花全是黄色的，其中捧瓣的黄色里面还有许多咖啡色的点。兰花从古至今一直让人喜爱，明朝文征明曾说过：久坐不知香在室，推窗时有蝶飞来就是来写兰花的。兰花在远处闻，可以闻到香，可近了就闻不到香味了。
